The process began promptly with the office returning my call right away. Andres and Oscar were quick to arrive and provided a fair, transparent estimate. The job involved removing a large, complex tree situated dangerously close to both our house and our neighbor's fence. Safety was my primary concern, and watching their crew work was truly amazing. The team, including Oscar (skillfully cutting high in the tree) and Jesse (effortlessly lowering heavy limbs), demonstrated absolute professionalism and control. Every motion was precise; there was not a single 'oops' throughout the entire process, mitigating all risk to people and property. The tree removal, stump grinding, and root removal were completed in a remarkable two and a half hours. Not only did they meticulously remove all tree debris, but they also went above and beyond by removing some nearby poison ivy and sweeping the entire sidewalk and street in front of our house and driveway.
