We had a leak in our new home after a 3rd party installed our washer & dryer. It affected 2 floors of the house. SERVPRO did an excellent job mitigating the damage and drying the house. They had to remove ceramic tile, hardwood floor, and drywall from the ceiling. They cleaned after each stage of the mitigation. We commented we found very little dust considering the size of the job. I feel confident the job was done thoroughly. I’d absolutely recommend them.
My Servpro Team led by Marisol was wonderful during a very vulnerable and scary water line leak. They were quick, explained every step and showed up every single day on the dot.
