Terri was amazing from start to finish, she kept us informed ever step of the way. Terri answered every question and concern and treated our Lon process like it was her own. Working with Terri took allot of stress out of the process.
Lisa Keese is a credit to her profession. She is a true professional. Personable, extremely capable, subject matter expert. Jenny Parman was our processing team lead, and was fantastic. I threw more curveballs at them than Sandy Koufax and they didn’t blink. They calmly told me what needed to occur and we made it happen. With me every step of the way. Got a great rate, too. Superb service experience. We’ll never use anyone else, and enthusiastically recommend SFMC to anyone needing a mortgage.
