I’ve been taking my 14 year old dog Lucy to this office since I moved to Texas in 2019 and have never had a bad experience. Today I had an exceptional experience. Lucy had been having some gastrointestinal issues that have really concerned me. Even though the staff was overwhelmed with packed appointments after the holiday they got us in and did not rush us. Every staff member I encountered were calm and helpful. Especially the vet Bj Aigaki, DVM who was so patient and caring. She took the time to explain everything I needed to know and then some. I left feeling at ease with the plan she set up for Lucy.
We had a difficult decision to make. The vet was right there helping us in this difficult time.
We had to let our girl go. I stayed w her for a while , they told me no rush.
The people here were nothing but kind!
We will be returning.
I live in Arlington, but I drive to Rendon because these vets are worth it. And an amazing group of truly caring people. The listen to you and work with you to come up with a treatment plan that works for you. They have literally saved several of my fur babies. I just love them❤️
