“I want to start off by saying Kailyn is absolutely amazing and I would not go anywhere else to get piercings / jewelry changes ever again! I first came in to InkTheory with horrible issues with my conch piercings (that were done at a different shop) and my rook (also done at a different shop). They weren't healing and it had been far over a year. If it wasn't for Kailyn, I would have taken them out. She helped me choose jewelry options that instantly provided me relief. Also, the piercings she has done for me have been amazing and have had absolutely no issues! I've never had a better experience getting pierced! She is one of the most welcoming and sweetest people I have ever met and you can just tell how dedicated and passionate she is about piercing. She makes sure you are well informed about the healing processes and makes sure to answer any questions you may have about anything. I came in today for a jewelry change and also to get some new piercings. I was lucky enough to meet James, who was absolutely amazing as well! They have such a kind and welcoming energy which I absolutely loved! They swapped out my two conch piercings to a hoop and were so gentle when doing them. James also made sure I was well informed about everything and answered any questions I had. If you want to get pierced, jewelry changes, etc, come see these two amazing people!
