The other CS reps all looked up from their work to say hello and that added to the wonderful atmosphere my husband and I felt from the very beginning. What can I say about Janice, she is great. I had issues getting a place I sold my pickup at to send the payoff for a loan I had at One Main. I needed this done so I could get another loan with One Main. Janice was tireless in working on this and finally they did get the payoff. She expedited the new loan because she knew I needed it. Her communication along the way was the best. If you go ask for Janice

our loan officer was Janice in the Burleson office and she was the best!!! She made everything so easy and so smooth and we were in and out of there in no time and I highly recommend One Main Financial and I highly recommend going to see Janice.
