We are SO pleased with the service we received from Lonestar back in the fall. They actually saved us a substantial amount of money after we had received a bid/service call from another company. The staff was friendly, professional and spent time explaining what needed to be done and why! We really appreciated that. Will continue to use Lonestar for all our air conditioning and heating needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.

Gene Smith, who owns Lonestar Heating & Air, has been doing all my maintenance and service for 18 years. His receptionist, Mary Lou, has always been, friendly knowledgeable, professional and eager to please the customer. She is a very important part of the business. Gene is always professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the needs of my heating and air systems. He is always on time for appointments and always more than fair on price. He did maintenance, repair and replacement on my old system and now continues twice a year maintenance on my new system.
