Absolutely horrible the staff and drs do not care about you they care about taking your money and nothing else. Also if you ever worked for them they will tell other businesses that you were a horrible employee which by labor laws is highly illegal. Go anywhere else but this company, you only get one set of eyes and they will destroy them. I was also threatened with legal action if I didn't pull down my first review that I left several months ago back by Dr Brinchman personally, for speaking the truth. I still have all the screenshots from him threatening me. BTW doc everything I said on my first review was NOT defamation of character. It was all true!!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment last week and arrived 15 minutes early. After filling out the paperwork, I was told to take a seat and that I would be called back shortly. However, an hour later, I was still waiting while six or seven people had already been seen. When I asked the receptionist for an update, I was told it would be just a few more minutes until I was called back and then maybe another 30 minutes to be done after that. In total, I waited for an hour without any communication from the staff until I inquired plus they were telling me it would be another 45 minutes. This was extremely frustrating, especially since my vision insurance expires tomorrow. I wasted valuable time sitting in uncomfortable chairs listening to terrible music in their waiting area.

wife and I went in for our two-year eye exam to get new glasses. long story short I knew we had a zero deductible. before we went back the receptionist said it would be eighty-nine dollars, I told her we had a o deductible, and she said the doctor would not see us unless we do this test I declined and she said they wouldn't see us unless we did. but before we walked out, she said i can wave one test but not two ???????? now if this was mandatory why would you wave one. i have filed a provider complaint against her for refusing service and for of an unnecessary procedure. next call BBB. you have tried to take advantage. Of two elderly and that's elder abuse.
