The equipment here is a bit old school, but it is a real gym. This isn't one of those purple froo froo gyms. They have real weights and heavy ones at that.It gets busy during the daytime, but if you get in early mornings there are only a few of us.There is a personal trainer that works out of there that I met as well, but not specifically affiliated with the gym.There is a large restroom with showers and changing room as well.

Had a gym membership for three years before moving away and the experience was great!! They treat you like you are family there. Looking forward to getting back into it now that I am back in the area.
