Unfortunately our experience with Bulverde Animal Hospital was because we had to make a quick decision for our baby. This was the first time I or my husband had been through having to euthanize a pet. We weren’t sure what to expect but everyone at the hospital were simply amazing. They let us grieve as we needed and didn’t rush us during any part of the process. Our baby girl Jillie was my husbands first dog and I remember being absolutely terrified that someone was going to be insensitive but thankfully that never happened. When losing a pet it is very hard. We had our 81lb Smokey since he was a puppy and now he was almost 14. Everyone we encountered at Bulverde pet clinic was so nice and comforting when we had to bring him in to be cremated. They explained everything and how it would work as well as giving us choices and upfront costs. Could not be happier with their service to us and their care with our baby boy. Thank you
