My new FAVORITE PLACE!! Definitely go check out the spa! Let Tawnya or Mendy work on you! I didn’t realize all the benefits of red light therapy until now! Tawnya had me feeling better and back on my feet after only one session! I personally love the red light bed as well as the foot detox and sauna! All of that along with cool refreshing Eucalyptus hydration station had be feeling like a new person 😍Both ladies went out of their way to make sure I was back feeling my best ASAP!

I recieved a gift certificate for this place, best birthday gift ever! Did the Solo Sauna and also got a foot detox with some oxygen therapy. I walked out of there feeling so refreshed, and I wasn't exhausted anymore like I have been for a long time. 💖 Mendy was so sweet and helpful, and the prices are affordable, so I will definitely be going back!

I absolutely love this place! Mendy is so sweet and helpful, I’ve been twice now and have had the most pleasant experiences. I highly recommend and I can’t wait to go try out some hot yoga!
