Kacey cut my hair yesterday and was exactly what I've been looking for. I've been back in Austin for 7 years and have been in search of a stylist with the skills and personality for me. Kacey listened carefully to my concerns about my prior haircut and made appropriate adjustments to give me exactly the cut I wanted. She used different techniques and with MUCH greater attention to detail than I was accustomed to. I washed my hair this morning and it was easy to get it exactly like I wanted it. Kacey was also very warm and personable. I will be a regular with her.
The wait list is ridiculous! I understand you are busy, but so are your clients. 30 minutes after the original time and the wait list has been on 4 minutes for over ten minutes; do better!Service: Haircut
