E+M Emergency Air Conditioning recently assessed and replaced the AC unit in my rental apartment. The process between then looking at the unit and replacing it took a bit longer due to coordinating with my property management company, but E+M communicated effectively with both me and the property manager.Prior to each technician’s arrival, I received a text with their photo and a brief bio, which I found reassuring.The whole team worked diligently in 90°+ weather to replace both the outside unit and the one in the attic, without any complaints.
