Roger was great!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After diagnosing the original problem he stated low airflow is often the cause. He checked the airflow and determined the system had not been adjusted to the proper settings when it was installed. Roger told me the adjustment he made will help prevent the part that burned out from going out again, improve the comfort level inside the home, stop condensation from dripping from the vents as it had been doing, and likely reduce our energy costs.
Air Zone came to our rescue when our AC went out. Jerry with Air Zone was fast to respond, diagnosed the problem, got the part and quickly got the AC up and running again! Highly recommend and Jerry!
