Very nice, clean and polite staff. The environment is very relaxing, the music, the tv shows are calming. They staff are never in a rush and the foot massage wasnwhst I needed! I feel sometimes uncomfortable not understanding Vietnamis if they start talking to each other all the time. That was the reason why I left other nail shops. Topia Spa used to not talking unless it was necessary. They should talk in English if they want to include their customers. It is not good customer service excluding them because we don’t understand.

Took Mom in for a mani/pedi and get acrylic overlay for me. Unlike some places I've been unlucky enough to experience Sophia didn't sand off my natural nails with the tool. Tina did Mom's mani/pedi and was so good with her. She was very careful and sweet about helping my mom put her socks and shoes back on. We will be back, with my sister and niece next time!
