When I went to Elegance, I was very anxious because the last place I went absolutely fried my hair and scalp.<br>First of all, the stylist at Elegance was a genuinely nice person, very knowledgeable, and was sensitive to my concerns and explained the plan for how to protect my hair.<br>Then, they shampooed my hair, but they also massaged my scalp! It has been a long time since I’ve had the experience with any company dedicating time to customer service in that way.<br>Finally, they gave detailed instructions for after care, including what to do and what materials I could and couldn’t use.<br>See picture for result!
