HQP is my go to plumbing company!!! Recently, HQP went above and beyond when I had an emergency at one of my rentals. Their speedy service and excellent communication made a stressful situation so much easier. Had some issues with a previous employee that did some work. However after it was addressed and figured out they sent someone out to inspect all the work. Aside from "shoddy" work as the technician stated. It's all functional and fine. Just a few short months go by and I open up my cabinets to get some things out of them. And sure enough my brand new kitchen cabinets, My brand new flooring, My brand new subfloor are all soaked and damaged!!!... Again this is after a licensed plumber came out to inspect everything their other supposedly licensed plumber did the work. Finally after 24 hours trying to get a hold of the owner of the company.
