The studio is beautiful, clean and welcoming! and everyone was very welcoming! Now to Cambri! I found Cambri through a friend and although I should've gone to her in the first place, I jumped the gun and got my hair dyed for the first time in 10 years at a different salon, and was left unsatisfied. I booked with Cambri knowing I should've done that in the first place hoping she could fix it and when I tell you she KILLED IT!! (Pictures for proof) she did her THING!!! “WOW!! I get a perm once or twice a year to help me with volume. When I went to Elegance, I was very anxious because the last place I went absolutely fried my hair and scalp.
First of all, the stylist at Elegance was a genuinely nice person, very knowledgeable, and was sensitive to my concerns and explained the plan for how to protect my hair.
Then, they shampooed my hair, but they also massaged my scalp! It has been a long time since I’ve had the experience with any company dedicating time to customer service in that way.
Finally, they gave detailed instructions for after care, including what to do and what materials I could and couldn’t use.
