i had 3 cavities filled today by dr. jim & paige and i was so scared before but they made it so painless and comfortable. they refilled a cavity from like 6 years ago that i had filled by a different dentistry which hurt so bad 6 years ago but they made it feel like nothing. they were also just so kind, understanding, caring, and just good people. i never write reviews for anywhere but i just had such a surprisingly great experience i feel like i have to share it.

Have been a patient here for many years and no matter if it is Dr. Karen or Dr. Jim handling my appointment and/or procedure I know I will be treated with respect and empathy. I could not recommend Arents Family Dentistry more.

ROYAL TREATMENT for this limited income senior!!! No hype touting expensive treatments or procedures. Dr. Karen sent me home with an arsenal of things I can do to ward off gum disease, plaque, etc... What a wonderful experience I had all around! The entire staff could not have been more gracious!! This was my initial evaluation appt. The hygienist took X-rays. Then Dr. Karen came in and did a detailed exam, noting the status of each tooth to the hygienist, who was recording them. I was taken aback by how much time Dr. Karen spent, explaining in detail each problem (and/or potential problem), as well as the remedy, most of which are things I can do at home..., like chew Orbit gum, try xykamelt for my dry mouth, etc. I've had good experiences with all of the dentists I've had in my life, but Dr. Karen - by far - enlightened me more in 2 hours (total time there from check in to check out). than all previous dentists combined! She's warm and personable, and knows her stuff! I hope to have many happy years as her patient. [I'm posting this on Yelp. I was a little apprehensive about choosing Dr. Karen "blind", as the last Yelp review was 4 years ago. I hope this helps someone else!]
