I visited Dr. Underwood at Airrosti for low back pain and shoulder blade pain, and after about three weeks of treatment, I experienced significant relief. Dr. Underwood was incredibly patient and thorough, ensuring I understood each step of the process. I also learned a lot of useful stretching exercises and core strengthening techniques that have been really beneficial. I highly recommend Dr. Underwood to anyone dealing with similar issues!
Dr. Underwood taught me exercises to relieve my pulled hamstring. I have a bunch of tools in my toolbox in case I pull it again. The results were fast-only 4 sessions!
