I was very impressed with Joshua at Roberts and Petty plumbing he arrived when he said, adressed the water heater with knowledge and options for me to choose from, and explained everything clearly. The team at R&P are professional, courteous, and efficient and ensure thier work is to code which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Joshua or any of the team at R&P for plumbing and AC.
Have dealt with this company for several years. Everytime I call the ladies that take your call are very friendly and helpful. When the service comes they conduct themselves in a professional manner. Mr. Robert always does a great job and always helpful. Thank you. Recommend this place.
Called for a start-up capacitor for my big AC unit. The guy I spoke with about it said they had it and the cost was around $20-25. I said that I would come pick it up, I was on my way. When I arrived the part was right there by the lady who took my payment. With tax and all it was just over $17. I was even happier than I thought I would be! And the part is doing what it's supposed to to this day. Whoever that guy was thank you. So many places I have tried to get parts from nearly every time complicate the process and then you get there and wait even longer while they go and find what you need. But that didn't happen here. 5 star customer service as far as I am concerned....read full review
