John and Krista Johnson have such a heart for serving and loving others. I have trained under Krista for over 10 years in various ways, from being in her gym classes daily, to participating in month long fitness and wellness programs, to one on one personal training via Zoom. Krista truly cares about helping others to find what works best for their body and lifestyle. She never promotes anything that she doesn’t try herself and love. You won’t find anyone more passionate about loving people and helping them to be their best. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Krista is an excellent trainer! I’ve started training with Krista in 2011 and continue three times a week even today. During the first year she taught me how to exercise and eat properly and I successfully lost 50 lbs. . If you’re looking for a trainer I wholeheartedly recommend her!
