I have just moved into a home and discovered a monster clog causing water to backup into my shower when my washing machine drained. It was a causing water to run all over my bathroom. Two super friendly guys came same day and unclogged my drain after a little struggle. I was prepared for the worst but it was less than a trip to the grocery store these days! Called because we were having a water heater issue. Ed told me a fix for the problem over the phone. He could have come out and charged for a visit or possibly sold us a new one. I will use this company anytime I need a plumber.
