Thank you to Jorge for personally coming out here and checking out my unit! Saved from having to buy a new one (for the time being) you've definitely got a customer for life with me!! I had some work done previously with this company and it's stood the test of time, now he's here proving how much value he holds in his company and I can't express into words how appreciative I am!
Team was very communicative throughout the whole process and worked day and night to get my install complete.The guys cleaned up after as well and made sure everything was running good before they left for the night.Great team !
I first dealt with Mario of Lone Star in arranging for the AC annual maintenance. Marion was very courteous and professional.Then Robert came over to do the maintenance. Robert explained what was going to be done and kept me updated throughout the process. He is an outstanding professional.All in all, a very pleasant experience.Am discussing with Texas Lone Star about the next job.
