Pardo Roofing: I recently had my roof repaired by Pardo Roofing. Before hiring Pardo Roofing, I had reviewed the classified section and wrote down numerous phone numbers of potential roofing companies who offered free estimates. I called several of them. The first company sent a man who did measurements and then emailed me their quote. The second company did not send anyone but sent me a quote using "google map". The third company sent someone who just stood on my front yard, looked at my roof and explained that his company would probably be at the higher end of what I wanted to pay. I asked for a quote and said I would have it within a day. After two phone calls, I never received their quote. A fourth company, never showed up after telling me they would show up on two separate dates. The fifth company came immediately after my call, they identified areas of my roof that needed additional attention and emailed me their quote. I was impressed but I still wanted to hear from Pardo Roofing who also came out immediately after I called. I identified areas of my roof that I wanted repaired, I also identified additional areas of the trim I wanted addressed. Not only did Pardo Roofing assure me they could handle everything on my wish list, he also offered to power wash and paint the trim for an additional cost. Pardo Roofing also assured me that their quote would be lesser than their competitors. When I received their quote, I was impressed, they came in under their competitors while offering to do more. Pardo Roofing not only came in under their competitors, they also offered financing which none of the other companies did. Pardo Roofing replaced the shingles on my roof, they removed and replaced a small section of my roof where the wood was rotted, they repaired and replaced areas of the trim where the wood was rotted. Their crew did an OUTSTANDING job and completed it in two and half days. Then their painting crew showed up, I expected them to just paint and be done. Before painting, they power washed the trim and then it took them an additional day to meticulously apply latex caulk around the trim sealing up all the cracks and covering the nails in order to give the wood trim a smooth look. Once they applied the paint, I could see the difference it made. I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED. Not only was I impressed on the appearance, people passing by asked the painters for their boss's phone number. My house looks brand new instead of showing its real age of 20 plus years. William Pardo/Pardo Roofing did an outstanding job explaining everything about the job, assisted us in choosing shingle and paint colors that matched our home. I highly recommend Pardo Roofing to anyone needing roofing repairs, you won't be disappointed, they do GREAT WORK. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 100.
