I am a new customer and have never gone to a hair salon to get a haircut previously so this was a new experience for me. I asked for a haircut that I saw posted on their reviews and the hair stylist gave me exactly what I wanted. I was in and out of there in 20 mins, which I feel was a good amount of time.
