Three stars for a very particular reason. Normally excellent service and turnaround times. However, I have noticed that two of my shirts have had buttons broken in the exact same place. Then when I took one of them back to be cleaned I asked for the button to be replaced. It was tagged, but not replaced.
Revised! Five stars now. Excellent service, and quick turnaround times. They rectified the problem with the shirt and made it right.

Excellent service! Lapels Dry Cleaning went above and beyond in assisting me in an urgent matter regarding a full pressing of several items. Without their help, I would have found my self in a predicament as I came to Brownsville out of town and needed to be sharp for a wedding I was attending. Needless to say, this is the place to go for any dry cleaning services needed.
