My stylist was 15 minutes late to my appointment because she was finishing up with another client. When I was finally sat down, no one told me who my stylist would be nor did my stylist introduce herself.I told her that I wanted a cut with long, subtle layers and a face frame that wasn’t too drastic. She understood and took me to the hair wash station and there was NO HOT WATER. As if the salon wasn’t already cold enough, the water was even colder. Disappointed with my experience. I placed an appointment online with a recommended hairstylist, yet when I arrived she was beginning/working on another client. I was given someone else and was dissatisfied with service. I had high hopes going, but very disappointed with outcome and experience.Service: Haircut

Last Minute haircut for my daughter and I. I just want to say how impressed we were with Glorias service. My daughters cut and style were quick to say the least. She understood exactly what we wanted and the result was phenomenal. Got great compliments from friends and family. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for anyone who needs these services. Location was immaculately clean and after every service they disinfected the area. 5 stars ⭐️
