The care provided was disappointing and unprofessional. Staff seemed poorly trained, lacked understanding of disability needs, and handled tasks carelessly. Communication was vague, concerns were dismissed, and the care often felt rushed and impersonal. Proper protocols for safety and comfort were not always followed, putting my loved one at risk. People with disabilities deserve compassionate, competent care, and this service fell far short of that standard.

Called to inquire about service person who picked up phone was extremely rude, seemed upset when asked anything. They offer a caring service and receptionist don’t even sound caring.
