Picked up a shirt I left for dry cleaning. Once I got home, I noticed the stains were still there. I called in and spoke with Karen, who was nice enough to offer a free service for the shirt we picked up. I just want to take the time to appreciate the offer and I hope they can remove the stains.
I've been using Bates Cleaners for decades.They have always given top-notch service.Their Alterations Service is also top-notch. Excellent Turned Collars, and button replacement.May seem minor, but it helps greatly to extend the life of high-end clothing.
