Our school decided to use this photographer instead of Strawbridge like every year. l was not happy with the high gloss because it retained fingerprints as they were cut. Packages were a bit high for the amout of photos and quality. Photos look like a simple passport headshot. I did message Mr Marroquín to inquire about a matte finish and he simple replied with a "no sorry" in which l replied "l am sorry to hear that, if l would have known beforehand, l would have not ordered them - anyway, have a great night and thank you for your response"
