“Had two problems with a rental house that tenants didn't want to bother me with, one was a roof leak the other, most serious, was that the shower pan had been leaking for years and the floor was rotted through including the beams under the house. Roof was done in one day ahead of the upcoming storms all good. Shower took about a week to tear out, replace pier and beam, build new floor, new tile shower and laid a new floor All work was meticulous even with the less than top level materials that I supplies. Definitely would use again.“
