I took a last minute cancelation appointment. I like supporting small business as I have my own small business but not only that my dog does better that way. I don’t want his anxiety our the roof. They took him in, and we talked about previous experience and if he was a biter. He doesn’t bite humans per se but PetSmart told me he tried biting the clippers. So he was a biter. I let them know and she said they would do their best with him and be apart that he was a biter. I came back to pick him up and she said he was a great dog overall and didn’t even try and bite. This is where I know I much rather support small local groomers than big grooming chain business. Helps the dog and helps the owner remain calm. His cut was cute and I can’t wait to take him again.
