Not my first home inspection so I have something to compare Fordham against. In a nutshell, Fordham is the Texas version of Mike Holmes. He walked my through the house I am buying and answered every question I had. Crawled under the house and went up on the roof. He even had names of people who could help me with issues he found. I would have been happy to pay twice what he charged for what I got.
