August - one of the hottest months of the year. My home HVAC stops working and I’m in a panic. I called and they were so responsive - sending a qualified (and courteous) technician to investigate within the hour. Not only were they able to identify the bad component causing the malfunction, they had the part on the truck and were able to successfully repair my HVAC within a few minutes. My AC Evap motor suddenly made noise and shutdown, after 28 years of service. Since I do my home repairs, I took the blower cage down to remove the motor for replacement. The motor was stuck to the hub like almost welded to the hub. So I went to several AC repair shops to have them remove the motor from the cage hub, with a puller. No shop would touch it except BIG RED in Bridge City. They used their puller and after 30 minutes of fighting it they removed the old motor and would not accept payment.Thank you BIG RED.
