My MD panicked after I became groggy upon hearing that she had a grim prognosis for my medical condition. Rather than offering me a cup of cold water and the ability to simply rest for a minute , she "jumped the gun" and called for 911. My ambulance ride, although costly was entertaining as I was fully conscious throughout the entire ordeal as I arrived at the hospital, they took some blood and determined that my blood was too thick for them to process!!!; seriously this "HOSPITAL" could not process my blood ; ultimately, I spent five hours in the ER. Never being offered any water or anything to eat ; during the last hour of my stay, the nurse finally got around to giving me the IV that he promised me three hours before; when I received the bill it was a $50 bag of water that they dripped into my body. Total bill for my 5 hour stay in the ER was over $6,000!!!!!!Because my MD at the Baylor Scott And White clinic off N. Park St. simply panicked; stay away from the Baylor Scott White ER they will price gauge you. They will try to do every test possible simply to make money for themselves!

If you can avoid coming to brenham hospital, please do! My experience at this hospital was horrible!!! The room they put me in had a dirty sheet on the bed. They were really ruff when doing a covid test, to the point of me snatching the swab out my nose as well as the blood pressure device. Abd on top of that had the nerves to be rude and mean!

My husband and I went to this hospital on separate occasions for a colonoscopy. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. The RNs were exceptional: Michelle, David and Erika. The nurse anethesist, Lee Parker, was the best. He took the time to listen to and address all concerns. I highly recommend this hospital with this team of professionals!
