Dr Loesch and his NP Aurbry listen well, comprehensive assessment, know their way around the computer system and keep up with your medical history through EPIC system. Feel like I'm getting a thorough assessment of my concern. They're both great at discussing a treatment plan and any follow-up as needed.

I recently became a Medicare recipient. I chose Baylor, Scott and White for my Healthcare plan. I was skeptical at first due to unpleasant experiences people told me they had.
After 2 years of being a patient of Dr. Abigail Smith and other doctors I've seen, I must tell you, it's been a great experience. Everyone has been so kind, caring, and very professional!

I was waiting for survey after the phone call and nothing happened. Alana helped me. If I could give her another star I would. She called me back and knew I had problems with my cell phone and without the call back I would not have an appointment, I hope I spelled her name right. A heart felt thank you !
