The repairs required a part from out of town, but they worked with us to figure out the fastest solution to getting our air back on. Pricing seemed very fair. I will absolutely use them again based on my first experience with them. Reliability and Fairness go a long way. And our tech was extremely kind and helpful….as our unit was only about 6 years old, she looked into warranty, etc….going the extra mile to ensure as much was covered as possible.“
