Showed up on Monday at 3PM. They said it was a 1.5 hour wait and 3 people were ahead of me. Due to Covid Protocol I was allowed to wait in my car until a nurse could come swab me.2 hours go by before the nurse comes to swab me and bring me to an exam room.Now I’m in the exam room for an hour and it is 6pm and I still haven’t seen a doctor yet.It’s almost as if they have forgotten me. I used my one day off of work this week to be here.Contemplating just roughing out the sore throat rather than sit another minute in this cold hell hole.

It is not helpful to never be able to get drs office yo answer the phone always wait for a call back but now voice-mail is full if u need a dr for ur kids drs are nice but associates are not very helpful

My wife and I were in visiting family this weekend and our 1-year old started acting like he didn’t feel good.Long story short, we went by BMC and got in IMMEDIATELY. Granted we were there the second they opened back from lunch but still.The receptionist, I think her name was Stephanie (I’m sorry if I am wrong) was absolutely amazing!!!! So sweet and helpful and got us checked in so fast.The doctor, Rebecca Garcia, was just a pleasure to work with. She was just extremely sweet , as was Stephanie , and they just made us worried parents feel so at ease!!!Thank you guys so much!!
