Went to Kaitlyn for the first time last year. Wasn't ever sure I wanted lashes, but she made the experience so calming. Explained the different lash options, she was super friendly and professional. The atmosphere was super relaxing, and clean! And they lasted forever! Not literally, but the lashes never shed off or anything until I took them off.
