Buchanan installed a Generac at my 76 year old father's home as well as doing some work for our home which is right next door. Purchased a champion generator the day after hurricane beryl hit, luckily the last one they had. The next day I had an issue on the GFCI, I texted them because their phones were down and they responded immediately, the receptionist couldn’t give me an answer. Wes Buchanon took the time out of his very busy day to call himself to clarify the issue. I was impressed that they went out of their way to assist when they were overwhelmed with work, no phone lines and even no power (they are moving to a new shop). I highly recommend them and will be my first call from here on out.
