We have been using this vet clinic for a few years for shots, ear infections, and minor issues. A few weeks ago we realized early in the morning that our dog was very ill. We called this vet four times and were told the vet was "too busy" to see us. On the fourth call we asked if we could bring her in as the last appointment of the day after we explained how sick the dog was. They said no and made an appointment for early the next morning. Our dog died that night. Thought we could count on them. Sadly, no. Bottom line do not expect them to be there for you or your animal in an emergency situation.
Took our cat with a fractured leg. The old man vet had no empathy and it was all about the money with him. He was in a hurry and suggested amputation of our cat's leg which heeled on it's own because it was a fracture and not break. They clipped us for a lot of money basically for very little. There you never have the same vet twice. They will order tests that is not needed for more money.
I will say that i was very impressed and very happy with the treatment and care my sweet Bree received from Dr Bryan and his staff. Bree was critical and he did a fantastic job. So coming from a former Vet tech with a retired Vet as a spouse we are very thankful.
