We called them to do a "post construction" cleaning of the floors and bathrooms before we moved into our "new to us" home.One sister came out to quote the job. We agreed to the price and the job was scheduled for the next Sunday.Another sister and her husband arrived to do the job. They arrived and he needed to go back out and get the "equipment" to clean the floors!They did a TERRIBLE job and then they sent an invoice for more money than we were quoted!

Normally, I do not give reviews, but after thinking about it, I feel like I need to. I paid for a deep clean $250, and they were doing a good job, not great but good. I had to go to a meeting, so I paid them before they cleaned my living room (large room), and they had only cleaned one window. They left about 45 minutes after my meeting started and did not clean the living room. I have pictures if I need to add them. We have 5 dogs and told them beforehand and told them it was a little over 1900 sq ft, and they priced it, not me. I contacted the owner to let them know they did not complete the job, and she did not offer to come to look or finish the job or return any of our money. I feel like I was cheated because I had to pay before they were finished. Our carpet had dog hair all on it, windows were not cleaned, and none of the doors were washed. Please do not use this service; I hate to say that they were nice people but did not do the job they were paid to do.
