Came back from vacation to a malfunctioning AC unit. Called Alford Air at 8am on Saturday and they had someone out by noon to diagnose. Michael got the problem diagnosed quickly and got my AC setup to keep my cool while they ordered the part. Tuesday he came with the part and fixed it up in a matter of minutes!
