I requested a quote on some repairs I needed done on my home. The first interaction I had with them was good. No issues. They wanted my address and stated they would let me know when they were in the area. I provided a general description of the area that I live in as I did not feel comfortable providing my address (which I informed them of) until they let me know they would be in my area. Well I guess they did not like that because I received a response back stating "Forget it find someone else I don't have time for this." YIKES! OK rudeness!

We hired Summit to re-stain our pool deck late last summer. Although the finish was supposed to last 2 years, within 3 months, it began to lift up showing bare concrete. After more than a month of repeated texting, Caesar sent his stain expert, who also prepared the deck and stained it, to evaluate the situation. His expert agreed the lifting should not have happened and promised to check with the stain manufacturer to see what could be done to preclude more lifting. That was April of 2020, and we have received no response from Summit. We do not recommend this contractor.
