Tim Brady was the absolute best! So friendly, attentive and professional! I will be referring everyone I know to you from here on out! Sarah Johnson was amazing as well, offering to go over and above for me. Great customer service is getting harder and harder to come by these days, but Mammoth has it figured out! We decided to start getting quotes after the hail storm in Marble Falls. Mammoth was the first company we reached out to based on reviews, but they did not disappoint. Scott showed up and discussed everything with us in detail and answered all our questions He wasn’t pushy at all and overall we had such a wonderful feeling after speaking with him that we decided to book without other quotes. I called Mammoth to inspect my year old roof that they put on. Noah promptly reached out to me and scheduled the inspection. He was thorough and found only one small blemish from the Hail. He sealed that up for us and gave us a clean bill of health. Very pleased with Mammoth and will always use them for our roofing needs.
