Herbst is Incredible the front desk staff is always nice and polite I've dealt with Dr Grimsley,Dr Willis,and Dr Thomas all are incredible professionals at what they do I will always take my dogs here because of the care and attentiveness of y'all's staff Keep up the good work!
I was a walk-in. I was there for six hours. I watched dogs, cats, and people come and go. Every single family was greeted by an efficient and friendly staff. Techs who had been on their feet for hours greeted and cared for each pet as if they were the first appointment of the day. The doctor was friendly, thorough and professional. They cared for us and took care of our needs. I will make an appointment next time, but am grateful for the opportunity to observe such a well run clinic. Highly recommend!
My sweet pup had a horrible accident late at night. Thank goodness we left the emergency overnight vet we went to and got her switched to herbst as soon as we could!!! They were able to avoid surgery and get her better quicker than I imagined possible. Not to mention saving us a ton of money! Thank you Herbst!
