I have had many excellent experiences with this optical shop. Linda Hartung, manager of Dietz McLean Optical in Boerne, makes this branch of Dietz McLean exceptional in every way. Not only does she spend whatever amount of time it takes to satisfy the needs of each and every customer, she has a vast knowledge of anything optical due to her many years of experience in the industry. This business will not disappoint!
I have been a customer of Dietz-McLean for years. They are consistent with quality, and customer service, and have an amazing lens warranty replacement program that automatically comes with purchase. They replaced my lenses twice on a recent purchase; once due to a prescription change within six months, and the other for a scratched lens. There's certainly overall value with DMO.
Elke assisted me when I had a pair of glasses that were not working for me. She offered some suggestions for the pair I am now wearing ! They did it in record time and I am elated!.
