Last week was tough. It has not been an easy time for my wife and I. We had to put down one of our dogs and I can't thank the entire staff at Boerne Vet Clinic enough. They were all extremely kind, professional and compassionate (down to little comments such as "you can tell he was loved and taken care of very well"). In previous (more routine) visits, I have found the staff and doctors to be very knowledgeable and transparent regarding pricing. We have been to other clinics that felt very pushy in recommending unnecessary and costly services. I would absolutely recommend Boerne Veterinary Clinic to anybody with a pet. They are nice people but waiting for 1.5 months to get annual shots for our pets!! We will look for someone else. The phone girl seemed not to care about us walking away at all. Disappointing.
They are still one of the best, but need to hire better front desk girls.
I can’t say enough good things about Boerne Veterinary Clinic and their staff. We have never been to a vet that took better care of our puppy. They truly care about the animals and have great bedside manner. A lot of veterinarian clinics these days feel pushy and seem more like salespeople than caregivers, but that’s not the case here. Every member of the staff was attentive and kind. It was a very hard day for us, but they were patient and gracious. Not only that there prices are the best we’ve found. Better care at more affordable prices, that’s something you hardly ever find, but we found it here. We’ll never go to another Vet.
