Yesterday afternoon I received a call from IYogi who was checking back in after working on my computer several years ago. They showed me a script running on my computer and said hackers were using my IP address to participate in illegal activities. It all sounded really strange, but I had already let them on my computer. When I asked more detailed questions, the representative hung up on me.
I Googled Boerne computer repair and got Brian who immediately began a computer cleanse from another location, then followed up at my home office several hours later and took it home overnight to repair the super slow start up. I scrambled my hard drive...don't ask. After many conversations, Brian patiently listened and answered all my questions. Not once was he condescending...I already felt like a pin head for my mistake. Brian is my hero! He understood just how important my files were to me and he fixed it! I am so grateful to this man! I recommend him highly and will use his company whenever I need assistance in the future with my computer. His price was reasonable and his work was really quick.
